Chrysler recalls about 15,000 cars a Dart engine problem

Chrysler announced Monday that it proceeded recalling about 15,000 compact cars Dodge Dart brand, including nearly 2,000 in Canada, because they could stop in cold weather.

The recall affects cars from model year 2013 to the 1.4 liter engine has four cylinders, a robotic transmission.
