Mr. Mullaly has also received U.S. $ 680 809 in other benefits, including the use of a private aircraft, as well as expenditures for its housing and security. Everything is in slight increase since 2011.

If Ford has reported profits of U.S. $ 8 billion before taxes in North America for the year 2012, total profits were falling from U.S. $ 300 million to U.S. $ 5.66 billion, mainly due to a loss U.S. $ 1.75 billion in Europe.

The Board of Directors of the company has also lowered the salary of Mr. Mulally and other leaders due to the fact that Ford has not achieved its objectives with respect to market shares in one or the other its global regions.
