General Motors will produce electric Cadillac in 2013

The automaker General Motors announced Tuesday that it will launch next year the production of an electric version of its luxury car Cadillac.

The American giant has specified that the Cadillac ELR will be assembled at the factory in Detroit or also produced the Chevrolet Volt.
