2012 Infiniti FX: More than a month wait

Launch of the Infiniti FX 2012: a profile before redraws the dynamic lines and a new Limited Edition model

- Infiniti FX presents the 2012 before it goes on sale in October -

Infiniti today announced the upcoming arrival of the new version of FX performance crossover vehicle's luxury: the model 2012 will be on sale at Infiniti dealers across the country in October. FX, which is detected by its distinctive design, is endowed in 2012 grille and a redesigned grille - features that testify to the marked influence of the dramatic Infiniti Essence concept - to 20-inch wheels and redesigned a dashboard update.

Infiniti also announced that an FX35 Limited Edition model will be available in 2012, which is distinguished by its body color exclusive Electric Indigo, its 21-inch wheels in 10-spoke aluminum finish graphite on which are mounted all-season tires V-rated, its headlights tint foncee dotes system of adaptive front lighting with automatic leveling, as well as its lateral air intakes and trim low portieres hue foncee. Other features which provided the model is Limited Edition are particularly longitudinal and transverse roof bars aluminum finish graphite, aluminum pedals, and graphite color carpet lined with a unique blue piping. The FX35 Limited Edition series is full of equipment: it endows the system including navigation Infiniti Hard Drive and a display screen of the perimeter (Around View ® Monitor). Only 75 FX35 Limited Edition models, each equipped with the Infiniti Intelligent AWD, will be produced for the Canadian market.

2012 Infiniti FX

Retaining its sporty utility, one of the more racy currently on the market, the Infiniti FX 2012 is again available with a V8 engine of 5.0 liter DOHC 32-valve and VVEL (distribution levee length and variable aperture) or 390 horsepower V6 engine with a 3.5 liter DOHC 24-valve 303 horsepower. Both engines are equipped as standard with an automatic box with a 7-speed motor adaptation diet. The paddle shifters report solid magnesium are available on the FX50 model.

2012 Infiniti FX is equipped with series of intelligent integral traction, a double wishbone suspension at the front and multilink at the rear, brakes off a four-wheel disc, and, optionally, the control the Continuous Damping (CDCMD), the system of active rear steering and Intelligent Brake Assist.

The interior of the FX offers a warm and welcoming environment. This is highlighted by a pin on the driver cockpit equips intuitive controls, equipped with optional Sport seats and advanced functionalities in matters audio, navigation and technology. Among these functionalities are including a Bose ® audio system with 11 top quality speakers, Infiniti Intelligent Key, Intelligent Cruise the controller (scope at full capacity) and the perimeter of the display screen.

FX also offers a wide array of advanced technologies, such as assistance with control of distance, detection systems and lane departure prevention, and Intelligent Brake Assist with frontal collision detector device.

The 2012 FX is available in three versions: the FX50 AWD with 5.0-liter V8, FX35 AWD with 3.5-liter V6, and FX Limited Edition with a V6 engine 3 5 liters. Of special equipment sets are also available: Navigation Package and Deluxe Touring, Technology Package and Sport Package.
