Spyker Cars NV (Spyker) announces today that Spyker and Saab Automobile AB (Saab Automobile) have signed a letter of intent with Pang Da Automobile Trade Co., Ltd (Pang Da), the largest automotive distributor in China with nearly 1,100 dealers in the country.
