Japanese car manufacturer Nissan has announced the upcoming construction of a new factory in Burma, and it will produce a Sunny car from 2015.

The company said Friday that the Burmese authorities have accepted his proposal of joint ventures with Tan Chong Motors, August 15.

Burma has opened its doors to foreign investment since the Commencement political reforms in 2011 were out of its international isolation.

Nissan and Tan Chong indicates that communicates through the first factory will employ 300 people and will eventually produce more than 10,000 cars per year.

No financial details were provided, but the industrial complex of 80 acres is the largest car factory in Burma.

Tan Chong Motor Holdings is an important portfolio company established in Malaysia.
