Hydrogen vehicle: Ford joins a Daimler and Renault-Nissan
Ford has joined Daimler and Renault-Nissan to accelerate the development of hydrogen cars in the hope of putting on the market this type of vehicle within four years.
Vehicle propelled by Hydrogen cells generate electricity through a chemical reaction between hydrogen and oxygen.
The hydrogen is stored in special tanks at high pressure. The only emission from these vehicles are water vapor and heat.
Under this new partnership, each of the three companies will invest a sum equivalent to develop this technology.
Companies plan to develop a device stack has common fuel then they will use for their own vehicles.
The alliance will also giants in the auto save on costs.
