Lotus Evora 414E Hybrid: from concept to prototype
In 2010, the International Motor Show in Geneva, was unveiled Lotus Evora 414E Hybrid concept.
Since then, the small British manufacturer has designed a prototype for the development of a model of a series hybrid propulsion.
Close to that of the Volt technology
Evora 414E Hybrid sport section is driven by two electric motors that drive the rear wheels. They are associated with a small three-cylinder engine of 1.2 liters, whose main function is to provide energy to the lithium-polymer.
Everything is coupling has a sequential transmission with seven reports of energy recovery system.
