Driving their Citroen C-ZERO, Antonin Guy and Xavier Degon completed the first stage of their high Odyssee Electric with the crossing of the USA, New York City to San Francisco. The main challenge of the two teammates on this stage, nearly 6,000 km long, has been the crossing rocky americaines with the passage passes nearly 3000 meters above sea level in almost desert areas.
The two adventurers have relied on the solidarity of American meetings in eleven states to recharge their cross CITROEN C-ZERO. This step is a first step in the proof of the Odyssee Electric: prove that the electric vehicle is a mobility solution in its own right for the future.
Next step of May 16 in Japan, Tokyo Nagasaki. Specificity of this crossing: two teammates will realize the majority of their refills CITROEN C-ZERO thanks to the many fast charge terminals whose country team (allowing 80% charge in just 30 minutes).
