Dodge Journey: Fiat Freemont will be renamed
In Europe, Fiat has for many moons compact CALLED Ulysses is due either to a major overhaul van, or even have to disappear from the landscape.
But everything seems to have us believe that Fiat is preparing to replace the model by a clone of Ulysses Dodge Journey, Fiat Freemont baptized.
For the occasion, the newcomer in European soil will benefit from a new grille and front section with Fiat logos. Obviously, the headlights, parking lights and bumpers will be redesigned to comply with European safety standards at the location of pedestrians.
Engines for Europeans
Under the hood of the Dodge Journey European, Fiat Freemont, we will find one designed by the engineers of Fiat, a 2.0-liter four-cylinder whose power is around 168 horses and 270 lb-ft of torque diesel engine.
Now remains whether the engines of 2.4 liters and 3.5-liter V6 "Made in USA" who develop 173 and 235 horsepower respectively will cross the Atlantic.
In all likelihood, the Fiat Freemont will make its official debut at the Paris Motor Show in Geneva in March.
