Mercedes-Benz launches national Sprinter tour program
Mercedes-Benz Canada is pleased to announce the official debut of the Sprinter tour program. This practical and informative series of events driving is one of the first programs of its kind in the country to recognize the unique requirements and essential business applications that are specific to commercial vehicles sector commercial lightweight. Designed specifically to promote a safer and more economical driving, the national tour also features many advanced systems and Elements cles which allowed the Sprinter Mercedes-Benz to become the reference in matters of technology, safety, fuel efficiency and overall performance in its segment.
Like all Mercedes-Benz products, the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter offers exceptional levels of active and passive safety. It is also recognized as being the leader in its category has many respects including: loading capacity, energy efficiency, access to the interior compartment (opening areas of lateral and rear doors), maintenance intervals, payload, interior height and diameter circle.
Beginner to Halifax Monday, September 13 and successively to unroll in nine cities from coast to another, the Sprinter tour program will give participants the opportunity to discover in person the myriad attributes copies of Mercedes-Benz Sprinter in a safe and controlled environment, under the supervision of seasoned instructors Driving Academy Mercedes-Benz.
The program of a full day was divided into four different modules each including a variety of practical driving exercises covering important topics such as advanced security procedures and avoidance, energy efficiency and tips to follow to reduce the already amazingly low consumption BlueTEC diesel engine - one of the cleanest in the world - as well as the management of cargo space and safe loading techniques of the vehicle. Program participants will have the opportunity to attend live demonstrations that will enable them to clearly understand the effectiveness of the security systems of the Sprinter series, including adaptive Electronic Stability Program (ESP), which is fully integrated in Antilock braking system (ABS), a traction control (ASR), the electronic force distribution (EBD), Brake assist emergency hydraulic (BAS) and ESP Trailer Stability Assist.
Finally, a last stimulating module will enable participants to test the various techniques they have learned during the day. All in all, 18 sessions are provided for at this time across the country.
