2011 Ford Explorer: It explores the desert of Dubai
All vehicles go through a battery of tests before they are marketed, including a plan to bring to light their strengths and weaknesses relative to various climates.
It is not unusual to see camouflaged vehicles in northern Ontario that are tested in this region to extreme cold.
However, these vehicles must also pass tests in steamy environments. To do this, a team of engineers from Ford brings the new model Explorer 2011 Dubai so he can face the overwhelming heat and humidities in the desert of the Gulf of Oman.
With a suffocating humidity reaches 50% and a temperature climbs beyond 87 degrees Celsius, the new Ford Explorer was able to test the air conditioning system which in all likelihood has all the same answer adequately to the expectations those responsible for the program.
A desert is also a little corner of paradise for those engineers who have put to the test the system 4X4 Ford Explorer 2011avec land management. Technology that analyzes the thousandths of a second level of traction of the vehicle while providing optimal torque distribution and depending on the conditions of the floor, especially when cornering and steep descents. This very complex system which also includes a "sand" mode takes care of itself make the necessary corrections and the driver is simply a service.
The new 2011 Ford Explorer will be offered to us by the end of the year. Thereafter, it will be exported to over 90 countries.
