Audi R8 Spyder 4.2 FSI: More Affordable!

While cutting Audi R8 is offered with V8 and V10 engine, the Spyder Version was far only powered by the thundering V10 also used by the Lamborghini Gallardo. The V10 engine of 5.2 liter 32-valve delivers a power of 525 horses.

Now, however, the manufacturer Audi announces that the seductive convertible R8 will also be propelled in entry-level, the V8 FSI engine of 4.2 liters, the power goes from 420 to 430 horsepower.

The interior of this new declination remains a few exceptions identical to that of the convertible R8 V10.

In Europe, this means that the invoice of this newcomer will be € 120,000 against 160,000 for the R8 Spyder V10.

The seductive Audi R8 Spyder remains faithful to the integral traction and visible central engines are covered with plexiglass more resistant.
