Mitsubishi RVR 2013: no price increase

The edition 2013 Mitsubishi RVR compact SUV has just made its entrance at Canadian dealers of the Japanese brand.

RVR quickly became the best selling model of Mitsubishi Canada.

Although the newcomer presents a relatively similar body to that of previous model, we note that the front and rear sections were redesigned, and they harmonize with more fluidity to the whole vehicle.

Two exterior colors are added to the other: White Pearl and Silver veloce.

On the inside, the RVR 2013 welcomes trim and top quality fabrics, especially for the GT version.

The SUV is available in two versions and four wheel drive.

Faithful to the four-cylinder engine

Under the hood we find a 2.0-liter four-cylinder that produces 148 horsepower.

A motor coupling to a transmission choice:

Manual 5V series for a 2WD models;

CVT optional for the SE version 2WD;

CVT series for models SE and GT 4WD.

The latter two also benefit from integral control with selection modes 2WD/4WD and Auto/4WD Lock.

Note that the continuously variable transmission (CVT) INVECS III has received a new calibration to provide better accelerations, and the rear suspension has multiple arms revised ensures maneuverability and comfort IMPROVED.

According to the data of the manufacturer, the compact SUV consumes just 6.1 L/100 km.
