Mazda Demio Electric: The next year in Japan

So far, the Japanese automaker Mazda seemed rather quiet about its intentions to develop an electric car, while all other manufacturers are working to full speed on this type of vehicle.

However, the manufacturer of Hiroshima just make known its intentions to offer in spring 2012 its first fully electric car. The car chosen is available Demio in Japan and better known here as the Mazda2.

At first, the car will be offered for rent to businesses and several government departments. Which will have these different users to properly break this new technological approach on the field, there discover the benefits and especially the points of divergence before offering it to the public.
