Sales of GM Canada in November
The Cadillac ATS, recently named Best New Luxury Car 2013 by the Automobile Journalists Association of Canada, and the Cadillac XTS Canadian-made show that Cadillac deserves its reputation of world standard of luxury. In November, the ATS and XTS have increased 15 per cent sales of Cadillac cars. Overall, sales of Cadillac have increased 10 percent for the month. Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac dealers have recorded 17,372 deliveries in November 2012.
"Canadians continue to take our vehicles smaller and energy efficient, said Marc Comeau, vice-president of sales, after-sales service and marketing for GM of Canada. Our sales of passenger cars have increased by almost 10 percent this month, and this increase is largely attributable to Sonic, Cruze and Chevrolet Malibu and the new Buick Verano. "
Sales of vehicles and versatile compact crossover vehicles GM rose 20 per cent largely thanks to sales of the Chevrolet Orlando and GMC Terrain. Orlando was named the "versatile vehicle of the year" by MOTORING 2012.
Highlights and results by brand in November 2012:
Total Chevrolet sales have increased 5 percent for the month
Total Buick sales have climbed 21 percent for the month thanks to sales volume student of the compact luxury sedan Buick Verano
Sales of the GMC Terrain have increased by 22 percent for the month
Sales of the Cadillac SRX increased 23 percent for the month
Total GM sales fall 3.2 per cent in November 2011.
