Toyota hybrid engines provide a BMW
Everything seems to have us believe that the partnership between General Motors and PSA Peugeot / Citroen ails greatly BMW, who had already signed an agreement with the French group in order to benefit from its hybrid / diesel technology.
Thus, BMW could turn back to Toyota to supply hybrid / petrol engines.
Very recently, Toyota and BMW have signed an agreement by which the German firm would provide diesel engines to the Japanese company, and in return benefit from BMW lithium-ion new generation, developed by engineers from Toyota.
A mess that should result in a tumultuous end of the agreement signed between PSA and BMW.
