Mazda launches MyMazda App in Europe

Mazda Motor Europe is launching a new smartphone application called App MyMazda that the brand will free the disposition of its european customers. At first, this application will be reserved for owners of devices using the operating system iOS (iPhone, iPad and iPodTouch), but will be extended in the following months with Android and Blackberry smartphones. Among other functionalities, the app will allow MyMazda App Mazda clients to connect directly and quickly service troubleshooting. Customers of the brand and will be among the very first automobile owners in Europe to have, at any time and in any place, information about their vehicle and history talks.

This new application of Mazda's Customer service comes usefully complement its exclusive system Digital Service Record (DSR) which records in a centralized database all the operations of service subject the models of the brand. Mazda Motor Europe has launched its new App MyMazda application last December at the Bologna Motor Show in Italy, and now puts at the disposal of its Russian customers. Other European markets will in turn benefit from the application of the beginning of the year 2012.
