Fisker Automotive: resignation of founder
Fisker about to declare bankruptcy
Henrik Fisker, president and founder of the eponymous small American manufacturer, manufacturer of luxury sedan Karma plug-in hybrid powertrain, has announced his resignation. A decision must address the multiple disagreements between him and the board.
It is good to remember that Fisker Automotive is not rolling in money, on the contrary, we are seeking investment to save the company and thus be able to market a cheaper sedan plug-in hybrid propulsion.
This sedan cheaper than Karma named Atlantic, whose assembly is planned in a former GM plant, located in Wilmington, Delaware.
We also learned that the negotiations between Fisker Automotive and Chinese investors continue despite the resignation of the founder of the California company.
