Chevrolet receives the trophy SPORTBEST
Athens. The French driver Yvan Muller received the trophy SPORTBEST 2012 on behalf of the former Team Chevrolet World Touring Car Championship (WTCC) at a dedicated ceremony in Athens on February 4 last. Chevrolet Europe has, in fact, was elected last December AUTOBEST by a jury composed of the most influential automotive journalists from 15 countries of Central and Eastern Europe.

In 2012, Chevrolet has realized double by winning the World Championship for Drivers and Constructors for the third consecutive year. A feat for an end in apotheosis after eight years of participation mark in the WTCC. Yvan Muller won the Championship in 2010 and 2011, while Rob Huff finished on top in 2012.
