Ferrari F70: an ultra lightweight frame

Last week at the Paris Motor Show in Paris, Ferrari introduced the frame of the future F70, the fireball which will aim to replace the iconic Enzo model.

The Ferrari Enzo was produced in 399 copies between the years 2002 and 2005.

The prestigious Italian manufacturer took the opportunity to highlight the ultra light side of the frame on which rest the Ferrari F70.

It will be 20% lighter than the Enzo. Its weight limit is only 70 pounds.

One thing made possible by the use of carbon fiber.

The total weight of the F70 should not exceed 1,100 pounds.

There is a good chance that the Ferrari F70 is its world premiere in March 2013 at the International Motor Show in Geneva.
