The Austin circuit failure before even being built?
The Circuit of the Americas, a suburb of Austin, the capital of Texas, must present the Formula 1 Grand Prix of the United States in November of next year. But after having accumulated delays from the first shovelful of earth construction were downright arrested this week and no one can predict if they will return one day.
