Mercedes-Benz Canada officially opens new Logistics Centre and Training
Marcus Breitschwerdt, president and general director of Mercedes-Benz Canada, was joined today in Mississauga by Dr. Joachim Schmidt, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Daimler AG, as well as Roman Fischer, Vice-President of worldwide service support operations and service parts at Daimler AG, to mark the official opening of the new Logistics Centre and Training (CLF) of Mercedes-Benz Canada.
Strategically located near the Pearson International Airport in the region of Greater Toronto, the establishment of 204,000 square feet is part of a global supply structure that will support the Canadian retail network from coast to another and host about 90% of all supplies parts of the company. The huge new CLF will store all the parts, all the accessories and items of "The Collection" and all the technical literature in one place.
