Lamborghini Gallardo recalls its models from 2004 to 2006

The manufacturer recalls its Sant'Agata Gallardo models produced between the years 2004 and 2006.

In total, 1491 Lamborghini Gallado that are recalled, driven by the 5.2-liter V10 engine, available in cut and spyder versions.

Of these, 96 models are being recalled in Canada.

The details of the recall from Transport Canada:

On some vehicles, the high pressure line from the power steering could get a flight. A loss of power steering fluid could cause a loss of power steering, which could cause an accident causing property damage or personal injury. In addition, leakage of fluid from the power steering could come into contact with a hot piece of exhaust or engine, which could cause fire.

Correction: Dealers will replace the high pressure line from the power steering.
