Nissan recalls 2.14 million vehicles

This is a voluntary recall necessitated after having found a fault in the ignition system that could prevent the vehicle from starting.

Of 2.14 million recalled vehicles, it is estimated that 835,000 of them were sold in Japan. For North America, Nissan are 762,000 who are referred by this recall and the old continent a figure that would be around the 355,000 recalled vehicles are reported.

The main assembly plants LOCATED Nissan in Japan, China, Taiwan, the United States, Great Britain and Spain produce key vehicles in this recall.

Everything indicates that the Infiniti brand would be completely unaffected by this recall.

The name of the vehicles covered by the recall will be known shortly.
