Fiat will produce in Italy Jeep entry-level

The Italian auto giant confirms it will assemble in Italy, a new model Jeep entry-level.

A model of compact template designed and developed based on the Fiat 500X, which uses the new Small Wide platform. Both models will be produced in the Italian plant in Melfi.

A huge complex which need investments of $ 1.3 billion from the Italian manufacturer.

The new Jeep will be the first vehicle to be marketed and a few months later it was the turn of the Fiat 500X series to be offered.

Both AWD models will be on the international market.
