Mazda has won the highest score among the leading brands in the Canadian ALG initial survey
Mazda reign supreme in getting first place at the Canadian ALG initial survey on the perception of consumers regarding the quality
Mazda has won the highest score among the top brands at the Canadian ALG Inc. initial survey on the perception of consumers regarding the quality.
"The Mazda3, which accounts for about 53 percent of total sales of Mazda, a face almost to the top of sales in Canada in 2010 and 2011. It is therefore not surprising that Mazda is top of the list, showing a margin substantial 12 points on the brand ranking in the second row, "says Mr. Geoff Helby, Regional Director at ALG Canada.
For this initial survey, ALG Inc., a subsidiary of TrueCar, Inc. and reference in the industry regarding the data on residual values and depreciation, was questioned about 2,500 Canadian consumers to evaluate their perception the respect of a number of automotive consumer brands and luxury. In the future, ALG will realize two surveys per year as it does in the United States. "Consumer perception is a force that has a significant impact on the success or failure of a brand. While a positive perception can lead to a higher volume of sales, a negative perception, even one vehicle can lead a consumer to reject the complete range of vehicles from a brand. In the United States, our survey on the perception of quality has become the standard by which the automotive industry detail evaluates the perceptions and beliefs of consumers, and we firmly believe that the same thing will happen in the Canadian market "stated Mr. Helby.
"We are pleased to be recognized by ALG Canadian consumers, says Mr. David Klan, Senior Director, Operations of sales, marketing and regional. This distinction testifies to the strength of the Mazda brand and the quality of its products, including with respect to next generation SKYACTIV technologies that offer advanced features for performance and efficiency.
